Yummy Smoothie Recipe

I'm getting a little sick of my "mango ice-cream," so I decided to shake it up. I still used plain yogurt because I'm trying to reduce the sugar content in my diet. I simply added strawberries, a banana, a splash of calcium-fortified orange juice, and ice. I didn't even add honey or other sweeteners. Yum!

The other day I made one with 2 bananas, half of a frozen bag of blueberries and some plain yogurt, it was absolutely delicious and enough for two.

Sounds yummy. If you want to try a smoothie that feels like a dessert but has no added sugar blend a banana (I use frozen overripe bananas), a spoonful of peanut butter (the natural no-sugar added kind), a spoonful of cocoa powder and some rice milk (or yogurt) and a couple ice cubes. That's it! It reminds me of the Peanut Butter Moo'd smoothies from Jamba Juice that are soooo bad for you but soooo good!
